A traffic constable went above and beyond the call of duty to help a mother struggling with her infant in scorching heat in Tamil Nadu’s Coimbatore on Tuesday.
Kishore Kumar, 27, was on duty near Periyanaickenpalayam when he noticed a mother struggling with her baby near the railway station. Without hesitation, he called the mother over, gave her his seat in the shade, and took the baby in his arms.
The traffic constable cared for the child for nearly 20 minutes, allowing the mother to relax and have her lunch without any worries. Kumar’s selfless act of kindness has garnered immense praise on social media, with users lauding him for his compassion and empathy.
